My Experiences
I joined the Franchise Express Business Group Australia in 2015 under the Express Property Maintenance division, as the time was right to work for myself. I was one of the first franchisees to sign on in New Zealand.
The Franchise offered support and a good starting point to self-employment. I had already completed a leading hand and business ownership course in preparation for this new venture.
In 2017 I bought into the National Master Franchise as trainer and mentor of new franchisees under the Property Maintenance division. Teaching is always something I had wanted to do.
I became independent from Express Business Group due to reconstructing in Australia and New Zealand. I have continued and still continue to run my carpentry business.
I have built up a large clientele base, covering all manner of renovations and repair work including:

They carry out the work that I cannot legally do. We work in well with regards to timeframes
I project manage jobs when the customer is not on site, or unfamiliar with the process. It’s a role I am completely happy to do for all customers. Some customers have been as far away as England and Australia.
